+1 just im not sure if from bolivia you wont have too much lag and time difference

I have lags but i can go to one cyber when Rb's will spawn, there lag doesnt exist.
Difference is not problem now couse im on vacations and during university just 4 hrs of classes, Iplay from laptop so can play where i want.
